Anton Ginzburg

Oh how I love colored smoke, powder or liquid (here and here).  It has such a calming, dreamy effect on me. This work above is by Anton Ginzburg, a multidisciplinary artist from Russia, based in New York.  His art ranges from sculpture, film, photography and beyond.  But it's his Hyperborea series, shot in Saint Petersburg and the Gulags of Russia's White Sea, that I love the most.
