Concrete

When recently renovating our townhouse I tried to convince my boyfriend to go for polished concrete floors on the main floor but was unsuccessful (the only thing he adamantly disagreed on).  I'm still fond of them and think that when done correctly they can look so stylish without looking cold or too industrial.
