Going Places

I'm turning the big 30 on Friday and my boyfriend surprised me with a trip to a Mexican beach town called Ixtapa.  We're going to be staying at the beautiful Capella hotel.  I've never been so this quote fits just right.  I'm very excited (about the trip, not so much about saying bye to my twenties) and will be taking lots of pics.

Childhood

May is my birthday month and I was going through some old childhood birthday photos recently.  When I stumbled upon this quote it rang so true with me, it's the smells, the sounds, the textures that that bring back so many fun memories.  

Plaza Del Angel

Plaza Del Angel is a little gem in downtown Mexico City full of wonderful stores carrying amazing antiques (unfortunately I wasn't allowed to take photos inside the stores). It is a little antique oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle.  Here are some photos I took when I was there recently.
